Squad Structure & Timetables
Bronze / Bronze Transition
The first step on our swimming journey is Bronze which continues to improve on technique and skills, while also adding in more development in aerobic fitness and learning ways to increase speed through the water. Bronze includes activities, games and challenges so that young swimmers build passion and enjoyment for our fantastic sport!

We welcome swimmers who have finished Learn to Swim to join this group, regardless of whether they have competitive ambitions, or just want to continue swimming for fitness and enjoyment.

Bronze Transition - 1x 60min session per week (optional limited trial)
Bronze - 2-3x 60min sessions per week
Bronze Streams
Bronze A - Mon 7:00am, Thu 7:00am, Sat 8:00am
Bronze B - Mon 3:30pm, Tue 3:30pm, Thu 3:30pm
Bronze C - Mon 4:30pm, Wed 4:30pm, Fri 4:30pm
Bronze D - Wed 3:30pm, Fri 3:30pm, Sat 8:00am
Silver Squad
In Silver, you will continue to work on technique, skills, as well as building your confidence and capacity. This level challenges concepts and skills learnt in previous levels as well as refining details in the water to give you an advantage over your peers!

Inreasing your fitness and improving speed through the water in this group allows for club and competitive swimmers to target and prepare for local and junior competitions.
Fitness and recreational swimmers in this group are encouraged to attend the termly carnival nights.

Silver - 3-4x 60min sessions per week

Silver A - Mon 6:00am, Tue 4:30pm, Thu 6:00am, Sat 8:00am
Silver B - Mon 3:30pm, Wed 3:30pm, Fri 3:30pm, Sat 8:00am
Silver C - Mon 4:30pm, Wed 4:30pm, Thu 4:30pm, Fri 4:30pm
Gold Squad
This is the first of our Competitive Squads on the pathway where athletes prepare with more racing specific processes and goals in mind. Adding in dryland training, goal setting, and purposeful training, this squad aims to create excellent well-rounded athletes targeting local and regional competitions.

Gold - 4-6x sessions per week

Platinum Squad
The Platinum Squad build on the training principles and aerobic base while also adding in more anaerobic and race-pace training for specific preparation to target events. With Zonal and National events the target for this group, an elevated level of skill, technique and athleticism is expected.

Platinum - 5-7x sessions per week

Performance Squad
Our highest level squad aims to challenge the best in the country through excellent preparation habits, a focussed and dedicated mind-set and the ability to deliver consistent efforts in training and competition. This group aims to be at the forefront of innovation and skill in the quest of mastering our sport and achieving exceptional results.

Masters / Fitness Squad
These fitness and recreational squads allow for an alternative pathway for swimmers of any age and stage to be involved with our programme!
The Fitness squad is for teenage swimmers who may have an alternative sport as their priority or are wanting to be part of the swimming community without the commitment of swimming more than a few times each week.

Masters squad swimming incorporates a mixture of social, fitness and competitively driven adults across a range of backgrounds and ability levels. With great camaraderie and community, our Masters group are a fantastic bunch who are keen to challenge themselves, learn new techniques and skills, and have a good time along the way!

Fitness - 2-3x 75min sessions per week
Masters - 1-4x 60-90min sessions per week
